If there had been shares entering the mkt. I believe the MM's would have taken the bid down and picked up shares as cheaply as possible. That is usually what happens when 144 shares hit the market. And if John followed guide lines from sec on using shares for purchasing they should have at least 1 yr restriction on them. This is also how any reg s shares should be done.Believe the 12 mo. restriction law was past last year and it covers otc stocks. Now if they used a debenture thingie than who knows. But I have heard nothing about debentures being used. Very little selling of shares today. I'm amazed that MM's were willing to sell so many shares at .049 without raising the ask.
