Paul, why not look at the detailed pc data, you probably don't have access to it. If you did, you'd be aware (but wouldn't mention) that:

first, the weekly data is quite variable, but most importantly, the standard deviation in sales in the top 20 titles in education is amazingly flat. the difference between item 1 and item 11 even on the monthly list can be as little as 10%!

I suspect that tom will be able to publish the top 20 monthly list for educational software you'll be unpleasantly surprised to find tlc with at least 40% of the revenues.

In fact, I'm sure you'll be unpleasantly surprised with all of tlc's results coming up. The problem is, pcdata is a third party, you can't argue with the detailed numbers. The other problem is, couponing and redemptions are handled by an audited third party so you can't make your claims about couponing either.

since you're from canada, were you once fired by softkey and are you still unemployed and bitter creating your interest (and free time) to work as hard as you can to interpret everything the way you do?
