That's good, Duncan, thanks. "They suggest that the sex inquisition, which they prefer to call "the coming dialogue" [not sure if I should touch that one -g-] will help develop cultural norms. Just as certain weasel phrases sprang up to excuse drug use ("I experimented but I didn't enjoy it") and avoiding the draft ("I did not serve but I did not get inappropriate help to stay out"), so pols will develop semi-apologies on sex ("I experimented but I didn't enjoy it. And she was my own age.").
