Re: Samsung Cap Ex plans--While the overall company is planning to cut cap ex 30% in 1998, semi equip cap ex will be unchanged versus 1997 according to this story: techweb.cmp.com I am thankful that the panic sell-off in semiconductor equipment stocks has not bankrupt me because I was fortunate enough to buy them during the 1996 panic when they were selling for the per share equivalent of net working capital.
