The acquisition I referred to does have an "environmental arm" in addition to being in the oil and gas services industry. The focus of future acquisitions is on targeting companies that have existed in the oil and gas services sector, profitably, for some time. From the company's point of view, if the acquisition targets have an environmental edge to them, then all the better.

You asked before what was meant by vertical and horizontal integration...

Wolf's management intends to aggressively enhance the Corporation's market share of the Oil and Gas services sector through acquisitions. In addition to this, they plan to fully develop their existing interests, in order to maximize profit potential. The reason the company went public after nine successful years in private operation, is to become a larger force in the oil and gas services sector.
