Wolf Industries is a newly formed acquisition company in the oil and gas services sector. The first acquisition, completed last year, is Calgary Chemical, a private company that provides custom blended chemicals for use at the wellhead to Exploration and Development firms, some of which are Fortune 500 companies.

Since being acquired by Wolf, Calgary Chemical has increased revenues by 15% in the last quarter of the calender year over the same period in the previous two years.

Wolf is currently in negotiation for continued acquisitions that will enhance the value of Wolf Industries for its shareholders.
