You are right about DAIO being in WASH. I hate to include any facts on
that one because I want to buy more and its traded real thin and a GOOF
like me can actually move the price if too many other GOOFs are at it too.
Its bad enough I'm competing with the company which has been buying
their own stock. Since we're the only ones in this thread right now,
I'll say this...This one was an Individual Investors Special Situations
newsletter sell. These guys at II figured the chip programmer biz was
going to be out of favor just like the chip biz is now, and they are
right....for now. But I tell you, I am so impressed (snowed) with
DAIOs management. They always lead the analysts to cut estimates
and by the time the year is done they've done great.

I love your REIT idea. Interest rates seem to be working against you
and that a great time to be buying. We may get some Real Estate inflation
and that will help too.
