Hi Cardin: The only thing I know is what is already public.....wafer prices will remain firm through the end of the year. That is because UNLIKE DRAM prices, there is not really a Wafer spot market. They are delivered on a contracted basis, for at least one year at a time. Most of MEMC's contracts are renewed in January, so pricing won't change until then. Doug
