On the flip side, if you were pissed off about the software you had, wouldn't you be sure to return the survey? When people don't like the software they're implementing (or implemented), they don't pay their bills or don't stay on maintenance. PSFT has 99% of their customers stay on maintenance. AR has continually dropped as compared to sales. Let's see some details about PSFT being 'second-rate'. I'm tired of people making these comments without any substantive evidence.
