Peoplesoft will be reporting its 2Q 1996 earnings soon. The stock has had some weakness falling from $72 1/2 to a recent $66. Does anyone know why the stock is dropping? Are investors concerned about the upcoming quarter? At $66, the stock is trading at 52x's next year's earnings which seems fairly reasonable given its explosive growth and new prospects from the upcoming manufacturing software (ERP). Does anybody have an opinion on the company's ability to break into SAP and Baan's ERP stronghold? How good are the new products? Thanks. | ||||||||||||||
