I think we have to start wondering whether we are missing something with this stock. It is trading well below the multiples set for others in the sector. The news today was good, however, it did underscore that they are doing 10% of the revenues of an Amazon(combined books, etc.) Remember, people are paying for brand and Amazon wins hands down. I am still very long on these guys- I will probably wait to do anything until after the merger. However, I am concerned as I think we are trading well below the "market-validated" price for the stock.
