I can not believe any self-respecting mutual fund manager will by stocks like VIAS. IF FMR did buy that many shares of VIAS, that explains why their mutual funds have been poor performers recently. Instead of investing, they are gambling with other people's money now. There is also the danger, FMR could dump those shares anytime and cause the stock to tank.
