Interesting reading: Cass Freight Index® Report January 2019 I wonder how expectation of tariffs has pulled shipments forward to try and beat them? Then with the government shutdown, drawing down inventory might take a bit longer but should be done now that Trump signed the spending bill to keep the government running. More at cassinfo.com
