The California State Department of Fabric Care? You have got to be kidding!! What's the average property, sales and income tax when taken as a percentage of income? It must be nearly 35% just to accommodate the useless agencies. While I don't smoke and don't advocate anyone else doing so I was pleased to see you folks telling the Govt where they could get off. Do you think the will of the people is going to work? Sounded like your legislature was heading in the right direction on that one. I once said, "if allowed to go on the Govt would someday regulate and enforce the methods and place for it's citizens to pick and or blow their noses". Sounds like Cal. is not to far from that stage. It takes a village to wipe a nose you know. jim
