Thanks. The reason I thought it was important to also talk about insider trading on this thread is that I have often fooled myself into thinking that the insiders had a thousand other reasons to sell when I was buying, or to buy when I was selling. But I guess they don't call it "insider trading" for nothing, uh ?

144's are filings required by the SEC of an insider that is selling stock. 4's are filings also required by the SEC of an insider that is buying stock. You can find more information on these and (too) many other forms at sec.gov -- but please be advised that the information shown by the SEC is not always up-to-the-minute. For that you need to subscribe to a service like Edgar Online or a bunch of others out there.
