Bert, have you had a chance to download the new 5.0 version yet? If not, you should. I was looking at getting a new provider and thought I'd give AOL one more chance because, like you, I'd been an loyal supporter for many years and really didn't want to change. It was a pain in the butt to download but well worth the trouble. The new features and especially the speed at which the whole system moves is wonderful. It used to take close to a minute for the SI page to load, now it does it in a seconds.
