I called again and spoke to Alisa Bell, investor relations.

She indicated surprise about the SEC document. Said she hadn't
heard of it, had no knowledge of the 10 insiders selling.

She suggested it might be ordinary stock options being exercised, but I said why would so many sell at MKIE's low stock price instead of waiting for it to go up?

I asked if Tom Elliott is quitting (he's the CFO and one of the ten insiders dumping their stock). She said no, and she said she'd have him call me back today.

If I hear anything else I'll report back.
