I think you have described it correctly. I understand what you are saying. If you look at Tom's system, it gives buys and sells, as well as continuation buys and continuation sells. Not every call is the correct one. However, I don't see how you could trade against it necessarily for the reasons you give. The system may simply take time to get the right signal. I think Tom will understand what you are saying. Heck, his system may be on a sell and then switch to a buy after a run of a lot of points. You cannot possibly then sell it at that point just cause the last signal might have been incorrect.

I also understand his point and I believe you do as well. If the system consistently loses money, if you do the opposite of what it says at all times you should win, right? Well, heck, I don't know about that. Maybe, maybe not.

I think what you say is correct. It is just a bad system. Work up another one.

BWDIK, I know less about systems than I do rocket science. Honest.
