I guess I'll have to explain to the poster who has very little to work with both mentally and factually. Well he got the part about the OFF THE PINKS right- revoked shares don't trade on the PINKS...( You are brilliant-the shares are "temp. suspended to protect the invested") and there WAS news about SEC filings - there weren't any for years. Correction: what about the 2 8K filings? once again you know very little. Now what the heck is this Bermuda thing all about???stand- by and read the news once it comes out. And no debt??? If you checked with the company or their web site you may find it to be true Did they claim Bankruptcy? you seem to think you are SO sharp-where does it say anywhere that they filed BK? Do they have Bankruptcy in Bermuda??? Why don't you check out the Bermuda laws and tell us Ms. Brilliance. Who would ever go Bankrupt in Bermuda??? Duh!!! Isn't that were you put your money and THEN claim Bankruptcy in the USA??? Duh!!! Are they about to announce they moved a multi-billion dollar deal to Bermuda??? did you try asking the CEO?
