Greater China Corp will try to get listed on the NYSE via a merger with an already listed entity.


It is proposed that all current shareholders will be given a 3% bonus based on number of shares owned and for how many years shares were held.


Bermuda connection will be used to allow foreign investor to get involved in GCC once merger talks become reality.
