Simple. When the price moves down, people tend to panic and take their money off the table. This only helps the downward trend. Yes, this company has a lot going for it. But, it's not the product that makes the price rise but rather is driven by the buying that people do. Same is true for selling. The other factor is that these are penny stocks.
