You raise some good points. The company still has a lot on it's plate IMO but the lack of news is frustrating. Hopefully in about 6-9 mo. we will be barraged with positve news. For all we know they are already working on an internet marketing campaign. I can appreciate listening to constructive criticism but I can see where someone within the company may see things differently. Although Mitchell's idea was excellent it may have been less obtrusive if he had approached the company privately on his own prior to announcing it hear. I wonder if the recent increase in inventory at some of the internet sales sites is Compusa stock being redirected. If so we can only hope that this is because they are selling. Thanks to Mitchell for finding out that the court will hear arguments for summary judgement next week (March 4 ?). We should all remember that the court system is generally a lengthy process even at it's best. I feel that they should see it through this next step. Hopefully the argument phase is completed next week so the judge can weigh the evidence and make a decision in a couple of months. I ca say one thing for sure. Only time will tell. Good luck to all.
