OTHER INFO to Consider: 1) America On Line (AOL) reported lower than actual quotes of BNEZ's stock price during March 4 and most of March 5, 1997. BNEZ filed suit which will be heard first part of April, 1998. "We suspect damages could reach the multi-million dollar range." cnnfn.com 2) BNEZ is a very employee friendly company with virtually no attrition in their small but growing software development team. 3) Company has initiated action against two overseas distributors who defaulted on $265,000 software purchases. The loss has already been factored into the 1997 earnings. Safeguards have been put in place. 4) Revenues from Internet Advisory Service (optional element of CapScape product) increased in every quarter of 1997. SEC FILINGS: Not currently a reporting company, however the company has announced its intentions to become a full reporting company in the news release of 3/18/98. WHY I LIKE THIS COMPANY: 1) Appointment of Dr. Harold Clark as Special Advisor to the Board of Directors. Dr. Clark brings 25 years of CEO and COO experience in the area of computer engineering and manufacturing, distribution, software development and mail order. Ex-CEO of Ingram Micro and largely responsible for Ingram's robust growth that made it the world's largest computer products distributor. 2) Synergy of acquisitions will reduce overall costs associated with their core business of software development and distribution. 3) Possible multi-multi-million award through the AOL lawsuit. This was a $1.70 stock before AOL's blunder misquoting price and trade volume. 4) Goal to get off the OTC BB and get listed. 5) Employee moral and retention is excellent. 6) Prospects look bright... just talk with Jack or Mikey... the more you dig, the better this stock looks. 7) The tremendous experience and background of Jack Ben Ezra and Mikey Weinstein.
