The ELEX sell-off must be connected to more than the general industry malaise. MERX probably deserved to be hammered. Most of the people I know who call on them say that they are top heavy, bureaucratic, etc. ELEX is "lean and mean"! I was at the Irvine facility and learned that they are expanding .. extedned their lease for fifteen more years, are adding lots of neat new hi-tech equipment, etc because they are so busy. Irvine was theior flagship until recently when they moved headquarters to NoCal. It is, I believe there largest factory. No, when your stock drops that much ... $25 to $15 there has got to be a story. It started with rumors that they were about to buy SIGA ... didn't happen. Something happened!
