Webtalk might sound OK Jesse but it's a pain in the butt to use. Apparently Internet World agrees as evidenced in this quote from their review:
"On the other hand, the procedure for connecting with other users who don't have static IP addresses-or simply finding other WebTalk users to chat with-is the programs's most serious weakness. You must first log on to the Web site (http://webtalk.qdeck.com) using a version of the program that serves as a helper app to Quarterdeck Mosaic (or another browser such as Netscape Navigator), then launch the WebTalk User Directory-a chat room manager that's similar to Internet Phone. Having done this, you can connect with someone already online or create a new room.
Oddly, you can't search for a specific user from this utility; for that, you have to run a query from your web browser."
Sorry Jesse, I don't want to have to start my web browser and jump through a bunch of other hoops just to get someone on the phone. Especially when I can get a much simpler product for free.
