I know what you mean. I've been trying to determine the outlook myself. Having a tough time. From everything I've seen. Things are bad. TV is hyping all it can and they're running scared. There is only hope for actual turn around. I think things have finally gotten bad enough that a turn in the market trend could happen...isn't that when it always happens? When it looks the worst? The only good news I've heard lately is that IBM is doing good with 5 new overseas contracts won?

Figuring out it was the nas upside down was pretty easy. But I also couldn't help but wonder how it resembled the March 2000 market turn.
