Managing Director
Silicon Investor

Mr. Burdick:

I think this experiment was a success. I'm not talking about which way the vote is going to go, although I think many know what the outcome will be, but I think this event was similar to a visit with a marriage councilor.

It was like a session where each other explain what they like or dislike about the other. Bringing the concerns and anger out in a controlled environment, and giving each other a chance to see the others concerns. Maybe we know a bit more about the other parties view. We don't have to agree with it, maybe some are just a bit more aware, and maybe some are not.

Although everyone is entitled to his / her own opinion I don't think you deserved the heat for this experiment. I feel this has set a precedent on SI, and if Tony is voted back in, I feel others that have been terminated should have their account reinstated. I am not talking about the spammers who joined just to spam the site with advertisements, but the others who were contributing members at one point during their SI membership.

Once the numbers are made public, I eagerly await a decision concerning this matter.
