I have a slightly different idea about handling terminations, what do you think about this.

For TOU violations which would have generated a termination currently, SI hands out a 3 month suspension. At the end of that time, the poster can petition SI for re-admittance and they get a 3 month probation. Any more problems during the three months and they're out for good, otherwise they're considered reformed and the slate is wiped clean.
