Thanks for the feedback. Nice thing about Amazon and having a Kohl's nearby is I can always change my mind and return things if a better idea comes along. It saves time pulling the trigger before researching things to death.

I hired gardeners some time ago to do the weekly tasks that are boring to free up more time so I can get inspired by young yoga gals to work and stretch in classes. My mower, trimmer, chainsaw and hedge clipper all sat and sat.... Then after awhile I wanted to do some extra work and my tools didn't start. I'd bought a pole saw that has a lightweight electric chainsaw on the end that I found works just as well for most items as the bigger chain saw so I stopped using it too. Funny to think it was the ethanol in the gas that gummed up those tools! I'll probably donate them to the gardeners.

Being lazy and always in the market for new toys, I replaced some of them with Lithium Battery and corded electric tools.

A DeWalt LiIon Sawzall is amazing for trimming trees rather than a messy, smelly chainsaw! amzn.to

They are lighter, smell better operating and now I can power them off the generator if there is a power outage and I need to kill some time waiting for it to come back up. I've seen some contractors have these generators to power their spare Li batteries when building homes that don't have power up... so now I can charge batteries while working even if the power is off.

It is almost silly to worry about the power going out in the Silicon Valley a short scooter ride from Google, Waymo, Facebook, Tesla, etc... but the way things are in Sillyfornia, being prepared for the unexpected seems to make a lot of sense these days!
