Sir Archibald! I know you have a big chunk of stock left. I hope so, anyway! Got any ideas? We need this stock to get re-invigorated! For group consideration...Just thought we might start some thoughts going. ************************************* FIRST RULE OF BUSINESS: "Customer Satisfaction" Is the customer satisfied with what BNEZ is selling? Are they getting what they ask for and a little extra? What can we give as an idea for customer satisfaction to present and future customers that we are not doing now? Could we post some examples on the web site as to how the program works and a personal note from the users? What else? ______________________________ Making good decisions comes from experience; experience comes from bad decisions. Has anybody made any good decisions? Bad ones? Can we add some of our own experiences with the program that would improve it? Any feedback that we have held out? Good or bad? Is there another program or modification to this one that would enhance it or give the customer an added edge? What can we add to the package? Someone mentioned a coupon.
