Patrick: I follow the Two Second Indicator developed by the Cabot Market Letter... I look for New Lows to be consistently below 41... decisionpoint.com As this chart shows, there is a good correlation between New Lows being under 41 consistently and rising markets... The inverse is also true... Jim
