Pat W., I must warn you, on 11/5 E posted the same thing you just did and post was yanked! ============================================================= Tuesday November 10 4:23 PM ET Robbers haul cash machine out of bank FRANKFURT (Reuters) - German police said Tuesday they were hunting three robbers who stole an automatic cash dispenser by hauling it out of a bank with a truck. The robbers entered the 24-hour self-service area of the closed bank early Monday morning, threw a chain around the machine, attached it to the truck and tore it out, a police spokesman said. The loud bang woke some residents in the small town of Willingen who watched the men load the machine on the truck and drive off. Police spotted the truck an hour later and gave chase but the three men abandoned it and escaped on foot into a forest. ''We haven't found them yet and we have no new clues,'' police spokesman Werner Diele said. The cash dispenser containing tens of thousands of marks was not found in the truck but police recovered the chain.
