One other possibility just came to mind ... If Belize news was not the product of a hacker...then The Central Bank could have falsified documents which is highly unlikely but not entirely impossible ! In which case PRWT is blameless ! Has anyone got a hold of anyone in Belize....what do they have to say ! Its there website ...they owe an explanation !
