it could but they would be buying significantly less shares then they had before they sold. And the price will trend downward untill there is a real response from the company. This is a bb company.(which in my own opinion means you can't trust anything they say--as a general rule) CITN is a BB co also but there is a real good bottom at 1.50 with incredible long term appreciation ----real products being sold at computer stores in your own town. Now I'm not saying sell prwt--but I would be real hesitant to buy at these prices--this is where we were yesterday and if you werent buying yesterday then why in the world would you pay the same price today after all that has happened.
