Thanks for posting the reference to the Fortune Magazine article. I briefly skimmed it. The article said that when Paretti got involved, Cannon was 1 billion dollars in debt. The SEC was already investigating the company for allegedly raising $339 million under false pretenses. Interesting tale, nevertheless. Steve
