HI BJ, Since I've been wearing my neck brace, they've been kinder to me at the library! Let me go to the front of the line! The MD let me out of that thing as of yesterday's X-rays. I've grown enough bone to stabilize the fusion if I behave myself. He still wants me to wear the collar when driving or riding in a car for the next month. GEEEZ that chunk of titanium they placed in there to hold everything together looks HUGE in the X-rays! I'd guess its nearly an inch wide and about 3"-4" long! The screws are also huge! Hard to believe. I'm glad you're finding the web site useful. It's good for handling "resource" type info. Best regards, Tom
