The "polytech.institute"? I think you should read it again before implicating a highly regarded U.S. university: "The Beijing-based Chinese companies were identified as the China Northern Industrial Corp. (a k a Norinco) and Poly Technologies," Btw, both Norinco and Poly Tech make some some very nice firearms for the money. I have a couple Norinco SKSs, but my Russian SKS is of finer quality (all are semi-auto of course, and fully legal).
