Janice, I have to disagree. The sort of reaction you discuss is an instinctual reaction. Okay call me neanderthal. This father's blood would have boiled. But my anger would have been directed elsewhere, starting with myself. What a daughter wants in the way of treatment and how dad reacts are not necessarily harmonious. You probably can relate to that. I sure can. I found his bottomline remark fearing for the impact on the Clinton administration alien to my way of thinking. That would have been quite a ways done my list, but then I'm neanderthal.
