10 recs if I could...Mental illness is behind a lot of the drug/homeless problems we have in our society, and until people accept mental illness isn't a choice, a willpower issue or a character problem, the problems will persist. If someone is taking an antidepressant or other mental health meds, they are scorned. Self medicate with a beer or a joint and all is well...
