Reminds me, another article I read talked about price breakouts correlating to complete turnover of the float (based on cumulative accumulation/distribution numbers). Have to try and find that too.

I am not sure I agree on the float one. My thinking is just because you are turning the float, doesn't mean you don't have buyers and SELLERS so the float could remain the same. I think others interpret it as if the float is traded, then the supply is short, I don't believe it. Just an opinion though.
