I'm not sure either Tesla or Google will give up their data for free... Data from providers would not be free, although there might be some bartering between providers depending on the relative size of their databases. AI needs all the data it can find to generate the most accurate models. Everyone would benefit by sharing, including us drivers! Also data will come from all autonomous vehicles, not just EVs.
