TO ALL:

I understand that a Letter to Shareholders will be distributed during second half of January, with updates on MYT. This is in place of a second Conference Call, very useful but expensive.

I would suggest that all of us who have a genuine interest in MYT contribute serious/intelligent comments/questions/concerns to Tom Grecco a.s.a.p. so that they can be addressed in his Letter to us.

Tom is committed to communicate with the shareholders in a timely manner and in sharing "honest" information, as opposed to our past costly experience. He is aware of our frustrations with MYT, and has the interest to see this project developing. We should support his efforts and must be kept fully informed on what is going-on on a regular basis.

Hope all send messages to Tom by the end of this week.
