SUNW is concentrating on high-end market because they

are having trouble meeting demand. the vision of acquiring Apple
computer was that Sunw could utilize apple's human resource to eat
into the low-end market. however, i think the deal fell apart. and, apple
appointed a high-paying moron to run things.this is a poison pill set up
to prevent sunw from acquiring apple. remember, SUNW's fair price for apple
back in january was 23/share. now, with the new moron calling shots,
apple is worth something like 15/share. (which is not far from here)
