Same as I did on 7 December, when it was filed. Even though I may agree with parts of the suit, it needs to be filed in world court in the Hague, and should be amended to include all of the G-7... In the meantime, gold and the gold shares are just another asset class to play...but if we really get a currency crisis, like in the yen, and it sticks, the upside is pretty good. And that is where Greenspan is spending his time Friday, trying to preclude a meltdown...
