EVEN IF YOU FULFILL NASDAQ REQUIREMENTS, they, nasdaq don't have to accept your application, would like to see how they settled earlier case with sec. also how does a stock lose 60% of it's value in weeks unless someone is dumping??? no bad news, no negative earnings forecast, 37 cents to 12 cents.... first one in the door first one out i think i heard it called, now i will give you last word here, post what you want just do it to someone else please Cav
