Does anyone know what level of inventory risk ONSL carries?

I have used ONSL and am a satisfied customer but a skeptical investor. This is a resale business, so to me the keys are scalability (we'll see, how much refurb stuff is out there anyway?), margin (okay if competition doesn't get much stronger), and turns, less markdowns. If ONSL has no title or risk to the inventory they're moving, it would be a plus. I would hope the refurb stuff is relatively riskless to them, but new stuff is another matter.
