WASHINGTON, Jan. 25 (UPI) - Bill Clinton will not resign the
presidency, despite the cascade of allegations of an affair with former
White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Top White House aide Paul Begala
told ABC's ''This Week'' (Sunday) that Clinton will stay in office, even
though independent counsel Kenneth Starr is ''firing off subpoenas like
an Uzi.''
