As I recall, I told you to go to either the SEC or to the 9th Circuit Federal Bcy Court and request a copy under the FOI act. As far as I know, it is not posted anywhere in the WWW that you can go, but services such as Westlaw or Lexis will be happy to sell you time on their systems to go and look it up.
