I would be a buyer also if the loan me 100% of the cost, the only thing I would risk is the interest at prime rate over 3 yrs.<g>

I am not saying that it may not pan out as a good buy at present levels, but it looks like the insiders are trying to prevent further erosion of their shares buying from a shareholder at $0.60 after the stock has dropped a good % in the past year:
