What has happened between .37 and .12 is NOT because of what happened years ago, but what is happening now. It was more over because MVEE has issued stock, in lieu of cash payment, to people they owe. When the stock is up a bit, those holding the paper, in lieu of payment, cash in, the stock drops. Not a real good thing for investors. LT
